WOSB Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)
 

Description

This solicitation is for a Roofing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for roofing projects and related services valued between $2,000 and $1,000,000 for the Chesapeake Bay Detachment, Naval Research Laboratory (Washington DC), and Naval Warfare Center Carderock, MD locations. The solicitation will result in a single award IDIQ roofing contract. The period of performance is for a 1-year base, and four (4) 1-year option periods. The estimated maximum value for all contracts combined is $25M. Source Selection Process is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).� This procurement is 100% set-aside for eligible SBA-certified Women-Owned Small Businesses under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 238160-Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 million. All joint ventures must consist of multiple small businesses and must be approved by the Small Business Administration by the time of source selection. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM on 22 March 2021. A Virtual Site Visit is scheduled for 1 March 2021 at 10:00 AM. Requests for Information (RFIs) must be submitted no later than 9 March 2021. All questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to Benjamin Williams at Benjamin.williams9@navy.mil.
