The areas are owned by the Government in fee simple. Estimated volumes are: Item 1: 1,000 tons of pine sawtimber, 500 tons of pine pulpwood, 200 tons of hardwood sawtimber and 300 tons of hardwood pulpwood. This is a salvage contract and actual volumes harvested are not predictable with any degree of accuracy. These volumes are estimates only and will be used for award purposes by multiplying estimated quantities by unit price bid. No bids will be considered if improperly weighted on any particular product. Consists of all areas at Sam Rayburn Reservoir located in Angelina County, Jasper County, Nacogdoches County, Sabine County and San Augustine County, Texas; and all areas of B.A. Steinhagen Lake (Town Bluff Project) located in Jasper County and Tyler County. Submission of Bids: a.� Sealed bids must be submitted on the bid form accompanying this invitation for bids and specifications of sale, or on exact copies thereof.� Invitation and bid forms, or any additional information pertaining thereto, may be obtained from the District Engineer, Fort Worth District, Corps of Engineers, P.O.
