Description: This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit office space for the Former President in Palm Beach, FL. Under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 and the Former Presidents Act�of 1958. The Administrator of General Services shall furnish for each former President suitable office space appropriately furnished and equipped, as determined by the Administrator, at such place within the United States as the former President shall specify. GSA intends to prepare a sole source justification under 41 USC � 3304, 48 CFR �6.300-305, and GSAM 506.3 to obtain authorization to negotiate with the owner of the location the president identifies.
