Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75D301-21-R-71798 and is issued as a Request for�Proposal (RFP), unless otherwise indicated herein. This RFP is for the establishment of a single-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contractor shall provide the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) with laboratory support services to measure urinary albumin and creatinine from biologic samples collected at the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) mobile examination centers (MEC) and develop a laboratory procedure manual. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03.
