- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation Curecanti Field Division (CFD), Morrow Point (MP) Powerplant, is seeking vendors evaluation of and recommendations for Marrow Point Administration Building remodel See attachment for full details. Site Visit information: A site visit will be scheduled by appointments only on March 2-4, 2021 starting at 0800 hours and the last appointment 1430 hours. located at the Morrow Point Power Plant in Montrose CO. No more than 5 people per company will be permitted at the site visit to ensure adequate social distancing. It is recommended, but not required that interested Contractors attend the site visit to perform investigation as to the existing conditions affecting the information requested. Copies of the available drawings for the project will be released at the time of the site visit after a non-disclosure statement has been signed. Interested contractors must contact the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist, Lisa Laughbon via email llaughbon@usbr.gov to arrange and coordinate the date and time of the site visit. Contractor�s shall meet the Curecanti Project Manager, Mike Tucker, at the National Park Service (NPS) area located off of Highway50 in Cimarron, Colorado. After turning off of highway 50 at Cimarron, stay on that road until it ends at a T junction. Turn left at this T junction. Immediately on the right, there is a NPS building, some picnic tables, and a display of old railroad cars. Park in this area. Mike Tucker will meet contractors and review Curecanti�s COVID-19 Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) with them. All contractor personnel will be required to sign the JHA acknowledging they have reviewed and understand it; otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the Morrow Point powerplant area. The contractors shall then follow Mike Tucker to the Morrow Plant powerplant area in their vehicles. All contractor must provide their own Personnel Protection Equipment which must include a face mask to be worn at all time while on federal property.
