Description: Contractor will provide maintenance, parts and labor for the Metasys Building Automation and Control System (Metasys System).� The Erie VAMC utilizes the Metasys System to control all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in the main hospital and all surrounding buildings. The Metasys System also monitors refrigerator temperatures and tracks utilities. The Metasys System allows for continuous monitoring of all HVAC equipment and added control points installed on the Erie campus.�
