- SOURCES SOUGHT The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and capability of qualified businesses to fulfill the requirement This is a service/supply service contract to pay for fees associated with the NEJM Knowledge+ FM Board Review services for Family Medicine Residency Program at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina.. This sources sought is considered all or none.� The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611710. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) FOR: FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENCY PROGRAM ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FOR NEJM KNOWLEDGE + FAMILY MEDICINE BOARD REVIEW SERVICES 1. General: This is a service/supply service contract to pay for fees associated with the NEJM Knowledge+ FM Board Review services for Family Medicine Residency Program at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. 2. Description of Services/Introduction: This contract will pay the annual service fees for the NEJM Knowledge+ FM Board Review services for Family Medicine Residency Program. 3. Background: Womack Army Medical Center, as designated by the Army of the Surgeon General, is responsible for conducting residency and fellowship programs in order to train physicians in a variety of specialty programs in support of the Army�s mission. In order to maintain the Family Medicine Residency program, the program must meet the accreditation standards and undergo a site review in order to be accredited through the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). This review In-Training Exams (ITEs) data review. WAMC has 27 existing residents in the program an accreditation by ACGME has already covered. All Army Family Medicine residencies programs are accredited by ACGME. 4. Objectives: To sustain accreditation of the Family Medicine Residency Program. 5. Scope: Below are the accreditation requirements by Fiscal Year and Program: Current NEJM Knowledge+ FM Board Review Fee for Base Year FY21 with four option years (FYs 22-25) (1 program and 27 residents): THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to include:� annual service fees for the NEJM Knowledge+ FM Board Review services for Family Medicine Residency Program at WAMC, Fort Bragg, NC.� If your organization has the potential capacity to provide this service, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; as well as CAGE and DUNS Code. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
