- Description
- This Pre-solicitation is used solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). This pre-solicitation does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, USAID/Colombia is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. If a solicitation is released, it will be published on the Beta Sam website https://beta.sam.gov/. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Colombia will be seeking proposals to provide support services for its Monitoring and Information System Monitor. USAID anticipates the award of one Single-Award with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. This work will be a follow- on to current contract number AID-514-C-16-00001 with Heinsohn Business Technology S.A, which is scheduled to end in July of 2021. USAID anticipates that the contract value will be between $900,000 and $1,200,000 over the 5-year period of performance. Below you may find a list of the intended services to be provided, this may change at the time of issuance of the RFP: 1. Support the system operation and delivering training for all the users from USAID/Colombia and its Implementing Partners, 2. Carry-out mutually agreed software updates, 3. Support the web-hosting platform and all the related services to keep the software up and running, and 4. Deliver other services through subcontracts or its technical expertise and capabilities to keep the system secure as well as up and running (e.g. non-functional requirements like additional expertise in cybersecurity, third-party software components, ethical hacking services, etc.).
