N00164-21-S-NB34 �� REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT � Facility Maintenance Contract� PSC Z1AA � NAICS 238330 Issue Date: 05 February 2021 � Closing Date: 19 February 2021 � 4:00 PM EDT The Government is issuing this RFI/sources sought announcement as part of market research for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, (NSWC Crane) located at Naval Support Activity (NSA), Crane, Indiana. NSWC Crane is in need of a BPA encompassing flooring and wall work.� This includes, but is not limited to painting, tiling, carpeting, floor and wall preparation (to include removal of existing wall and floor finishes). The buildings encompass a wide range of sizes. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, parts, supplies, and tools necessary for the performance of this contract, see the Attached Draft Statement of Work.� Individual call values for efforts under the BPA will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($250,000 as of the date of this posting).� NSWC Crane is requesting the following information for planning purposes only and will be used for planning associated budget, schedule, and requirements with our Strategic Program sponsors.� Provide a sample list of Certifications that your company has. Provide a sample of the Safety Plan that would be used for this project Provide a sample of the Quality Controls for both labor work and Component Replacement that would be used for this project Provide a sample template of your companies on site inventory sheet for Salvage/ Replacement Components material and equipment. Provide a response on ability to comply with insurance, performance and payment bonds as required. Provide information on Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration and/or ability to obtain for future BPA efforts.� See JCP information further down in this announcement.� Responses from Small and Small Disadvantaged Business firms are highly encouraged.� Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business, a socially and economically disadvantaged business, 8(a) firms, historically black colleges or universities, and minority institutions. All interested parties are encouraged to submit company and product literature, a white paper no longer than 10 pages, and/or other pertinent information, such as description with estimated completion schedule with projected risks identified, a statement of current availability, and summary of prior experience. Prospective vendor may require Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification in order to receive the controlled attachments. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx.� There are no controlled attachments for this RFI; however, controlled attachments may be posted at the time the solicitation is posted. At the current time, NO FUNDING IS AVAILABLE for contractual efforts.� This RFI/sources sought does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract.� The US Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement.� Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. Responses to this RFI that indicate that the information therein is proprietary or represents confidential business information, will be received and held in confidence for U.S. Government use only. Proprietary information will be properly protected from any unauthorized disclosure. The Government will not use proprietary information submitted from any one firm to establish future capabilities and requirements. The Government will NOT be responsible for any proprietary information not clearly marked. Vendors may be requested to provide additional information if clarification is required. No submitted material will be returned.
