- The USGS, Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) has a requirement for Flood Warning System as required under this RFQ and in accordance with the attached specifications. There are no options items included in this requirement. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0121Q0040 will be issued on or about 01/11/2021 and quotes are due 01/18/2021 at 5:00 p.m. CST.
