Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit, negotiate on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 111 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030. This subscription is a renewal of a previously bundled serials service, now a separate action.� These subscriptions are exclusive to Wiley Online Library economic e-journals, specifically - Canadian Journal of Economics/Revue canadienne� d'�conomique; Econometrica; Economic Papers; Economic Record; Economica; International Economic Review; Journal of Money, Credit and Banking; Kyklos; Southern Economic Journal; The Journal of Industrial Economics; and The World Economy. The content is copyrighted titles and is available only from the publisher. These titles are exclusive to John Wiley & Sons, Inc.� There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission. The period of performance is one year, which begins January 25, 2021 through January 24, 2022. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to myra.lay@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.�
