Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to upgrade and test hardware and software on (8) AV-8B MTDs, devices 11H93-11H100.� In addition, NAWCTSD has a requirement for spares for each MTD and a requirement for Contractor Logistics Support. �The Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Specifications (PRF), and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) will be made available to interested Small Businesses under the Training Systems Contract (TSC) IV contract vehicle. �The following documents are available: Statement of Work for the AV-8B Maintenance Training Devices (MTDs) Baseline Configuration Upgrade (BCU) Devices 11H93-11H100; SOW 2000030, Dated 30 September 2020 Performance Specification for AV-8B Maintenance Training Devices (MTD) Baseline Configuration Upgrade (BCU); PRF 200029B, Dated 05 November 2020 Government furnished information/equipment list dated 18 November 2020 Exhibit Option Selection Worksheet (OSW) MTD BCU CDRLs Exhibit (A) MTD BCU CDRLs Exhibit (B) MTD BCU CDRLs Exhibit (C) MTD BCU CDRLs Exhibit (D) MTD BCU CDRLs Exhibit (E) MTD BCU CDRLs Exhibit (F) MTD BCU CDRLs This procurement includes unclassified controlled technical information marked as distribution (D). �Requests for access to the technical documents associated with this procurement shall be made in accordance with Solicitation Section L paragraph 1.1, Technical data for offerors. Iinterested parties under the TSC IV contract are instructed to send a request using Section J Attachment 4, GFI request form. The Solicitation and the Section J attachments, 4 through 7, are provided below.� Should you have questions or feedback regarding the technical documents, please utilize the attached question and answer form. �Feedback or questions should be submitted to both Hicham Benhsain and Alana Nunez-Bennett no later than 15 January 5, 2021 at 4:00PM EST. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order as a Small Business set-aside under TSC IV. �The anticipated award date for this requirement is 09 July 2021. The NAICS code for this procurement is 333318 with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
