Ft. (ABOA):�10,503 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�11,028 Space Type:�Office and Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�14,000 SF of dedicated Wareyard space for assorted Government Vehicle parking Full Term:�20 years Firm Term:�10 years Option Term:�One 5-year renewal Additional Requirements: - Space must be contiguous on ground floor (cannot be divided between floors) - Parking for 25 employee, 4 visitor spaces needed within walkable � mile - Public transportation within walkable � mile - Loading dock area capable of handling 53 foot truck/trailer combination - 1 Dock door required 8X12 ft minimum - 4 foot loading dock/Dock leveler required - Minimum 8 foot high fencing required with pedestrian gate and automatic vehicle gate 12 foot wide - Warehouse to have a minimum of 14 foot clearance Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
