Description
The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Cotton and Tobacco Program intends to purchase a cotton classing facility in Memphis, Tennessee.� The delineated area (section C.4.1)�for the proposed site of the Memphis Complex which houses the Memphis Classing Office as well as several other operational divisions and offices are Bartlett Corporate Park, and the Goodlett Farms Corporate Park.� The proposed facility�must contain an existing building between a minimum of 83,000 warm-lit rentable square feet and a maximum of 115,000 rentable square feet of �lab, office space and warehouse space, plus parking as required by local code (including at least 145 official parking spaces), consistent with applicable zoning, and other restrictions imposed by law, or regulations.� See Section C.4.2 regading size.� Section C.4.3 states the requirements for the Office/Laboratory/Warehouse space.� Please read the Statement of Work (Section C) completely.� Instructions for the proposal can be found in Section L.� Basis of award is found in Section M. Questions must be submitted by noon central time, February 1, 2021 to ensure a response.� Responses to questions received after that date are not guaranteed a response.
