Description: THIS IS NOT A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH, CLINICAL CENTER, OFFICE OF PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS, TO AWARD A CONTRACT NOW OR IN THE FUTURE This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability of small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small business) under NAICS code, 541512.ï¿½ C.1 Objectives and Scope of Work The objectives of this SOW is to award an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the renewal of annual license maintenance, remote monitoring services, additional application modules on an as needed basis, obtain implementation fees for those additional modules, and to replace the system hardware when it reaches end of life.ï¿½ The offeror must be an Allscripts Reseller for software, maintenance, and services and provide a Letter of Authorization as proof. If you do not provide you fail and the Sources Sought notice will not be evaluated further. C.1.1 Annual Maintenanceï¿½ The Contractor shall provide hardware and software maintenance on the modules the Clinical Center currently owns as well as any additional items purchased through the life of the contract. The list below includes but is not limited to: Table C.2.1 Sunrise Acute Care version 18.4 Sunrise Acute Care is an advanced, interdisciplinary clinical solution that helps care teams embed desired practices and protocols into their workflows. It provides a comprehensive solution with advanced decision guidance, including computerized physician order entry (CPOE), note and flowsheet documentation, clinical summary views and other key workflows necessary for delivering quality care.ï¿½ Allscripts Healthcare, LLC eLink ï¿½ Enterprise version 18.4 Sunrise eLink is a tool that facilitates integration with Allscripts solutions. Sunrise eLink captures and sends system data using processes called host connections and translates the data using processes called translators; as the data is being captured, translated, and sent, it can be stored in a queue. Allscripts Healthcare, LLC Health Manager version 18.4 Health Manager allows care providers to manage patientsï¿½ immunization and wellness schedules, view events as they become due, and place orders. Allscripts Healthcare, LLC Secure Health Messaging / Inbox version 18.4 This messaging and communications function is used to connect physicians to patients, to other clinicians, and to the healthcare organization. Clinicians send secure, task-based messages (such as appointment requests, prescription refills, or health notices), or communicate asynchronously with colleagues about patient care, communicate with patients, set reminders, receive test results and documents. Secure Health Messaging can be accessed from within the Inbox or by being launched directly from the toolbar to the web-based application. Allscripts Healthcare, LLC Sunrise Ambulatory Care version 18.4 Sunrise Ambulatory Care tracks vital processes related to current orders, medications, results and documents to help ensure patient safety at every stage and handoff.
