- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Tennessee City:Chattanooga Delineated Area: North: 5th Street South: West 13th Street East: Douglas Street/King Street West: Carter Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,410 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,410 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 34 Parking Spaces (Structured or Surface): 34 Parking Spaces (Reserved/Secured): 34 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term:�5 Years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Offered building must be within 4 blocks of Federal Courthouse Offered space must be contiguous. Offered space must be on 3rd floor or higher when possible.� If building is 3 stories or less, offered space must be on a floor where the bottom of window sill is at least 18 feet above the exterior finished grade. Offered building must offer an elevator that can fit a standard pallet size. � Column spacing should be a minimum of 20� on center. Offered space may be required to accommodate file rooms with mobile filing systems and a library which requires a minimum floor load of 150 pounds per square foot. The Space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a fa�ade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the GSA Lease Contracting Officer. If not a new Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) package. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
