� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � SYNOPSIS� Title: 1560-01-421-0999; P/N: L2500110-001; FAIRING,AIRCRAFT NSN 1560-01-421-0999; P/N: L2500110-001; FAIRING,AIRCRAFT.� FOB AT ORIGIN AND INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN.�HIGHER LEVEL QUALITY SYSTEM REQUIRED.��� DELIVERY: 300�DAYS ARO TO THE DESIGNATED LOCATION.� FIRST ARTICLE TEST (FAT) AND PRODUCTION LOT TESTING DOES NOT PERTAIN.. �THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. RESTRICTED ACQUISITION APPLIES. �OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES.� A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WILL BE SOLICITED FOR AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR A QUANTIY OF 3 EACH.� THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE WILL BE ON OR ABOUT 01/13/2021.� THE CLOSING DATE WILL BE ON OR ABOUT 02/13/2021.� IF AN OFFER SUBMITTED TO THE SOLICITATION IS OVER $700,000 A SUBCONTRACTING PLAN WILL BE REQUIRED WITH THE OFFER.� IF AN OFFER SUBMITTED TO THE SOLICITATION IS OVER $2,000,000, CERTIFIED COST AND PRICING DATA AND A SUBCONTRACTING PLAN WILL BE REQUIRED WITH THE OFFER. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN AWARD, REGARDLESS OF DOLLAR VALUE, YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN SAM. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within (45) days, (30 days if the award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining wheter to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated letter solicitation issue date will be on or around 13 January 2021 and anticipated close date will be by 12 February 2021 by close of business at 3:00 PM (EST).
