Gartner IT Leadership Solution and Licenses under GSA Contract 47QTCA-18-D-0008L. The requirement will cover three (3) years. Gartner is the only source of supply for these licenses. The Single Source Justification (SSJ) has been approved as required by AMS Guidance T3.2.2.4 - Single Source. This notice covers the requirement at AMS T3.2.2.4(3)a.
