- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES, FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE ACQUISITION. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking sources interested in a possible contract for a Psychologist at Cannon Air Force Base New Mexico. The contractor shall serve as a Psychologist in the 43rd Intelligence Squadron with credentialing and system access from the 27th Special Operations Medical Group.� Psychologists provide services at a high standard of quality to mitigate the effects of high operational tempos and co-occurring individual and family stress. Performance shall be in accordance with the standards contained in this statement of work and the terms and conditions of the contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all personnel are fully qualified and that all personnel stay abreast of, and remain trained and proficient in, the latest technological and professional developments to ensure continual quality support and credentialing standards. The contractor shall track all services performed and document these, when indicated, in the electronic medical record in accordance with 27th Special Operations Medical Group instruction. De-identified reports of services provided will be sent to the 363d ISRW Surgeon General on a monthly basis. The Contractor shall learn and be proficient in all military health care systems and procedures needed for daily functions. The Contractor shall ensure all submitted referral/appointments are submitted in the appropriate system, and accomplished within the Access to Care standards. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details.
