Description: This procurement maintains the commercial off the shelf (COTS) software licenses, known as the ArcGIS suite of software products, required for users to perform a range of mapping and analysis functions which support the effective management of Marine Corps installations and the training of operating forces. The ESRI software is the underlying foundation for the GEOFidelis Program capability, as well as the TECOM Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) and MCIA geospatial capabilities. This maintenance provides updated versions of the applications, security patches, and telephone support for perpetual licenses already owned by the Marine Corps.
