Description

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, KAYENTA SERVICE UNIT (Kayenta Health Center, Inscription House Health Center, Dennehotso Health Station),�Kayenta, AZ�intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to�Navajo Communications�for telecommunication services for a period of performance that starts on January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. The Contractor, is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the specific�services that meets Department�s requirements and to ensure that there is no interruption in providing optimal direct patient care. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on December 30, 2020, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to Roxanne.Franklin@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
