The small business size standard for NAICS Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, is $39.5 million. ***** b) Refer to ""Instructions to Offerors"" for what to submit with your quote. ***** c) Refer to provision 52.236-27 for site visit information. ***** d) Estimated Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. ***** e) Information and requirements stated in sections; Award Selection Process, General, Special Contract Requirements, Provisions, and Contract Clauses including the List of Attachments apply this solicitation and the subsequent contract. ***** f) Wage Determination MA20200001 applies to this solicitation and the subsequent contract. ***** g) Estimated Period of Performance: See clause 52.211-10, Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work. ***** h) Do NOT use beta.SAM's Interested Vendor List (IVL).
