Description

Fort Rosecrans Historical Wall, San Diego County, CA.� USACE is seeking an experienced contractor capable of performing construction and rehabilitation of the existing Historic Walls on the Rosecrans National Cemetery.� Work will occur near sensitive cemetery areas.� Anticipated award date is 30 days after proposal due date.� Period of Performance is 270 Calendar Days.� USACE intends to award this contract under the procedures in Part 15 Negotiation using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.� The magnitude of construction is $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. The project is issued as a Competitive SDVOSB.� The NAICS code for this is 237990 Retaining Walls.� It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about January 15 on this website.�� The project may be delayed, postponed, canceled or revised at anytime prior to award.
