Description: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate�a sole-source contract with Thermo Electron North America LLC for maintenance of ATF's ISQ Linear Trap (LT) Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) system and related devices. Per the attached�justification for other than full and open competition (JOFOC), Thermo is the only company authorized to provide maintenance for this system. This is�NOT�a solicitation/request for quotations - Therefore ATF does not need a response to this Special Notice.
