Description

Renovate for PET/CT, Project No. 595-19-340 All work will be performed at the Lebanon VA Medical Center 1700 South Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW), the attached specifications, drawings, and all Federal, State, Local Codes, VA Policy / Standards. This solicitation is issued under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127, Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. As such, this project is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns. Bidders must be verified as SDVOSB per the Center for Veterans Enterprises (CVE) www.vetbiz.gov website. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. All documents for this solicitation will be available on the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/ It is the responsibility of the contractor to check this website frequently for updates and amendments to this solicitation. Davis Bacon Wage Determination PA20200093 Dated 10/02/2020 is a requirement in any resultant contracts. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct title classification of their workers and compliance with applicable wage rates. ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 09:30 A.M. ON FEBRUARY 08, 2021 AT THE LEBANON VAMC AT THIS TIME A PUBLIC BID OPENING WILL BE HELD IN BLDG # 19 ENGINEERING 1ST FLOOR CONFERENCE RM OF THE LEBANON VAMC, 1700 SOUTH LINCOLN AVE., LEBANON, PA. 17042.
