This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only.� It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 8, Office of Design and Construction is conducting a market survey and is seeking competent and qualified design/build firms to provide Design/Build (DB) services for the Building 53 Limited Scope & Tenant Upgrade project located in Lakewood, CO.�� GSA is seeking highly qualified firms with DB experience which include; 1) renovation experience of existing buildings, 2) working in occupied buildings, and 3) phasing of tenant improvement construction.�
