- Description
- The Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (DoD/WHS/AD) is seeking information for potential sources for the CSO contract on behalf of the PFPA, that will support and enable PFPA�s mission by delivering the highest quality security services available focused on supporting the accomplishment of the PFPA core mission of protection and security for all constituents in PFPA�s area of responsibility.� Ensuring that all security posts are staffed, patrolled, and inspected according to the contract and applicable standards and that all Entry Control Points (ECP) are fully secured to ensure no unauthorized entries occur for the safety and protection of all personnel at the designated post locations. Services under this requirement include, but not limited to: Provide approximately 400,000 annual hours of Contract Security Officer (CSO) standard service at the Pentagon and government-leased facilities Provide fully trained, physically fit, equipped, and medically-certified CSOs as specified in the Performance Work Statement Provide an ability to surge in response to emergent threat Interested firms should submit their response via email to: whs-mc-alex.ad.mbx.essd-security-solicitation@mail.mil and include a capabilities statement covering experience, staffing, and technical capabilities. Firms are requested to provide information in their response whether they intend to submit a proposal if an RFP is issued. The capabilities' statement should provide information to address the technical areas for CSO Services identified below. In addition, firms should provide information on their company's experience by providing information to support how the firm's recent past performance (last 5 years) is relevant to the technical areas listed including the dollar value, period of performance, size and scope of the firm's prior contracts. Firms need to include their business addrses, point of contact, CAGE code, DUNS number, and small business status.
