- Classification Set Aside: Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5[DFCRCUC(1]�) Product Service Code: F099 - NATURAL RESOURCES/CONSERVATION- OTHER NAICS Code: 562910 - Remediation Services Place of Performance: Fort Douglas, UT Due to the revised DoD travel restriction surrounding the coronavirus preventing a site visit from occurring until further notice. Current *tentative* milestones are as follows: Site Visit (Fort Douglas, Utah): Possibly VIRTUAL (1-2 weeks after solicitation) Solicitation date: Around 30 January 2021[DFCRCUC(2]� Proposals Due: Around 17 March 2021 (45 days after solicitation) Award Date: Around 30 June 2021 Please continue to monitor this posting for further updates. This is a pre-solicitation notice regarding the upcoming MEGA MATOC by USACE-Sacramento District (SPK). The MEGA will be awarded from the USACE MEGA Acquisition Plan approved several years ago. The anticipated acquisition strategy is Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). Overall MATOC target is five IDIQ contract awards including a small business reserve target of at least one award[DFCRCUC(3]�. Source sought/capability statement responses are NOT requested for this action. FUDS Fort Douglas will be the seed task order at time of MEGA solicitation/award and will be used in part to evaluate responses for both the full and open and small business reserve portions of the solicitation. Please note the posted documents are DRAFTS and subject to change prior to solicitation. The Government reserves the right not to post the solicitation. Provided with this pre-solicitation are the base PWS and seed PWS. During the solicitation a ProjNet entry will be created for inquiries/comments.
