- SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Floor Stands for Slit Lamps The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (CLE VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to Service disabled Veteran-owned small business concerns. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Corps Medical Supply, LLC, P.O. Box 1234, Janesville, WI 53547 for floor stands for slit lamps. These stands are made by Reliance Medical Products, Inc. and are specifically made for Haag-Street USA and Reliance Medical Products, Inc. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Monday December 28, 2020 at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
