Description

Amendment 01 - Updated PWS Attachment 1 and Attachment 4 Questions and Responses. Extended solicitation response date to 29 Dec 2020 This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Automated Microbiology Identification (ID) and Antibiotic Suseptibility Testing for the David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB, CA. This acquisition is solicited as a RFP in accordance with FAR part 12 (Commercial Items) and FAR part 15 (Contracting by Negotiations. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated from this solicitation. Period of Performance will be a one (1)�(12 month) base year and four�option�years. This acquisition is solicited full and open. Site Visit: will be held on 11 December 2020 at 10:00 am on Travis AFB, CA. Please provide a list of attendees by 8 December 2020 to Roberto Escobedo via email at roberto.escobedo.1@us.af.mil. QUESTIONS: Questions shall be submitted by email no later than noon PST,�14 December 2020 via email to Roberto Escobedo. The Government will not accept any Questions after the deadline. To be eligible for award, a prospective offeror must be activity registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) is http://www.sam.gov THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT PAY ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS.
