Description

Amendment 3 to the FENS SIR contains, among other items,�a change of due date for proposals, a change regarding oral presentations of sample problem solutions, and Offeror Questions and the FAA Responses thereto. Amendment�3 to certain sections of the FENS SIR is also attached. Refer to the FENS SIR Amendment�3 READ ME and FENS SIR List of Files and Version History file for a list of changes to the FENS SIR that accompany this amendment. Note: The Offeror Communications Portal will be open for one week to recieve questions concerning this Amendment 3. Attached is the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Enterprise Network Services (FENS), Screening Information Request (SIR). This announcement contains the full SIR consisting of forty (40) files and one additional file that identifies the SIR files.
