VHAPM Part 813.106 SAP: Soliciting Competition & Evaluation of Quotations SOP Original Date: 10/12/17 Revision 04 Date: 06/10/20 DESCRIPTION 18 rollboards same as or equal to smarit smart rollboard with dispensers and door mounts This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-03 published in the Federal Register on December 13, 2019. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB participation only. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The Birmingham VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase the following products: Surgi Wide Non-Foldable 48""x20"" Rollboard SAME AS OR EQUAL TO Smarit Smart Rollboard Mfg P/N 4460TAA Dispenser for Disposable Covers SAME AS OR EQUAL TO Smarit Smart Rollboard Mfg P/N 4088TAA Door mount hook/hanger for rollboard SAME AS OR EQUAL TO Smarit Smart Rollboard Mfg P/N 4087TAA Requesting this brand/model to match existing rollboards and accommodate staff familiarity.
