PLEASE�NOTE NEW TELECONFERENCE NO. OUTLINED IN THE AMENDMENT BID ABSTRACT POSTED. AMENDMENT_0005 IS HEREBY AMENDED TO INCORPORATE CHANGES AND ESTABLISH A BID OPENING DATE OF 15 DECEMBER 2020 AT 11:00AM CST. BIDS ARE DUE NLT 10:00AM CST ON 15 DECEMBER 2020. AMENDMENT_0004 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO CANCEL CURRENT BID OPENING DATE OF 8 DECEMBER 2020. A NEW BID OPENING DATE WILL BE ESTABLISHED BY AMENDMENT. AMENDMENT_0003 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO PROVIDE RESPONSES TO CONTRACTOR'S RFIs. AMENDMENT_0002 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO CHANGE BID OPENING�DATE FROM 1 DECEMBER 2020 TO 8 DECEMBER 2020. AMENDMENT 0001 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO ESTABLISH BID OPENING DATE/TIME OF 1 DECEMBER 2020 AT 11:00AM CST. VIRTUAL BID OPENING DIAL-IN INFORMATION IS INCORPORATED. RECEIPT OF BIDS CUT OFF TIME REMAIN 10:00AM CST. ANY BIDS Set-aside Invitation For Bid. The proposed w ork includes the new excavation of a segment of the Comite River Diversion earthen channel, White Bayou rock chute and associated slope protection of the excavated channel. New drainage ditches w ill be constructed and culverts w ill be placed to drain the site. All areas disturbed by construction operations w ill be fertilized and seeded for turf establishment. Additional w ork on the project will include construction of drainage ditches and culverts to drain the site, clearing and grubbing, and fertilizing and seeding. The project w ill bconstructed utilizing conventional excavation equipment including bulldozers, excavators, compactors, low boys, dump trucks, backhoes, large cranes, graders, w ater trucks, and pumps. The estimated value of this w ork is betw een $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00 The deadline for submitting questions for the Solicitation is 17 November 2020. Bid Opening is scheduled for 1 December 2020. Bid Opening time and dial-in instructions will be established by a future amendment. Previuos Plans updated to reflect updated Solicitation No.
