Description: This synopsis is posted to update the IFB number and other information.ï¿½ IFB W912CN-21-B-0002 replaces W912CN-20-B-0008.ï¿½ Tentative date for IFB will be on or about 14 JAN 2021.ï¿½ This is a pre-solicitation notice.ï¿½ This notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only.ï¿½ The proposed Invitation for Bid (IFB) procurement is intended for HubZone set-aside.ï¿½ Proposed work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidental items to perform roofing repairs/installations and related work at various Army Installations in the State of Alaska.ï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½ The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed priced requirement type construction contract.ï¿½ Contract term will be base plus two option periods.ï¿½ Anticipated period of performance is:ï¿½ Base Year 01 APR 2021 ï¿½ 31 MAR 2022; Option One 01 APR 2022 ï¿½ 31 MAR 2023; Option Two 01 APR 2023 ï¿½ 31 MAR 2024. ï¿½The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.ï¿½ The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $16.5M.ï¿½ Award will be made to a responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. ï¿½Tentative date for IFB will be on or about November 16, 2019.ï¿½ Tentative date for opening of bids will be on or about 30 days after IFB date.ï¿½ Interested bidders are required to download the IFB and any subsequent amendments from this website.ï¿½ ï¿½ï¿½
