- This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a combination Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Materials contract for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, replacement parts, transportation, transportation permits, and supervision necessary to perform Calibration, Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on Government owned weigh scales at DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.� This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. � This RFQ is being solicited using full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811219 and the size standard is $22 M. The Product or Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is J059. � Period of Performance shall be on or about as follows: December 28,2020 through December 27, 2021 4.
