- ******SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS ON�HOW TO RESPOND TO RFI******* The contractor shall provide the appropriate amount of qualified labor and management necessary to perform all logistics support services (to include functions required to perform named tasks) ordered under this task order in a cost effective, safe and environmentally sound manner. This support will focus primarily on the following areas: Material Management and Maintenance Status Reporting, Supply and Services Reporting, Financial Management Support and Reporting, Data and trend analysis, Transportation and the associated logistics analysis and management functions in support of the CJTF-OIR mission. � C.2.2�� The contractor shall obtain Information Technology (IT) Systems Support to utilize and maintain the logistics business intelligence tool for the CJTF-OIR through analysis, systems of record, and electronic dashboards to view current (near real-time) logistics information of units while assigned under the CJTF-OIR. ��These resources will use inputs from the bellow systems of record; while permitting customized displays and smart filters focused on exception management driven success. �� Work performed under this task order is not limited by current customer lists, program names or acronyms, or funding sources. All work within the scope of the effort is contemplated for inclusion in this task order. The preponderance of work under this task order will be conducted by the contractor at or in Government-owned and furnished facilities (GFF); support throughout CJF-OIR will include: unit facilities; other Government facilities; and by exception, at off-post/to-be-determined locations (in support of host nation regulations) in KU. The contractor shall be the CJTF-OIR analytical logistics provider within its theater of operation and shall be responsible for all aspects of its performance. The performance requirements provide a general depiction of the types and kinds of non-personal services that may be required. Contractor personnel are employees selected by the contractor and solely under its administrative control and supervision. The specific efforts required of the contractor are those task areas detailed in this document. The contractor shall perform non-personal services in these primary areas. The contractor shall be required to ensure all supporting requirements (e.g. implied tasks) required to fulfill the primary task areas are accomplished to standard using industry best practices, while continuously working toward reducing costs without increasing risk or sacrificing quality. The contractor shall ensure compliance with all applicable host nation, local, state and federal laws, regulations and policies. In the event of a conflict between any law, ordinances, construction codes, or regulations, the more stringent rule shall apply. Additionally, the contractor shall ensure all work meets critical reliability rates or tolerances specified either in the PWS, identified by industry best practice, applicable technical manual or other publication cited within this document.
