- Page 2 of 2 The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to solicit a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for Brand Name Optos, Inc. OR Equal Retinal Imaging Camera for Tomah VA Medical Center located in Tomah, Wisconsin. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19. Contract will be firm fixed price and the corresponding NAICS Code 334516. This will be a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation. Please see Request for Quote (RFQ) document 36C25221Q0119 for details in the near future. This RFQ will be posted on or around Friday, December 11, 2020. Offers will be due no later than 11:23pm. Local Time on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
