U.S. GOVERNMENT Project # 8CA3448 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Los Angeles, CA: State:�CA City:�Los Angeles Delineated Area: North: Beverly Blvd / Silverlake Ave / SR-101 / SR-110 / I-5 south / I-10 East: I-10 South: I-10 / SR-60 / Long Beach Ave / Adams Blvd / Hoover / Washington Blvd / Highland Ave West: La Brea Ave / Highland Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�54,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�59,000 Space Type:�Office, Office Related Parking Spaces (Total):�Per Building Code Parking Spaces (Surface or Structured):�Per Building Code Parking Spaces (Reserved):�25 Full Term:�20 years Firm Term:�20 years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Contiguous space on one or more floors. Minimum floorplate must be 15,000 ABOASF Column spacing shall be a minimum of 25� on center and from exterior walls. Public transportation must be available within walkable 1,320 linear feet from the principal building entrance.� Tenant reserves the right to determine if public transportation is sufficient to meet its needs. 25 on-site reserved parking spaces.� Space shall be contiguous and conducive to an efficient office layout and good utilization. In the event that ground floor space is offered for visitor screening and related activities, it is not required to be contiguous. Ceiling height required to be a minimum of 8� to a maximum 12�.
