- Updated 12.11.2020 - RFP Question and Answers Posted 12.11.2020 in Attachment Section This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for hotel and ancillary services to support The Department of the Treasury�s mission critical trainings and events nationwide.� The Government intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts. The Government may, at its sole discretion, make one award, multiple awards, or none at all. From the pool of IDIQ contract holders, Task Orders for subsequent requirements will be awarded using the procedures stated at FAR16.505. Questions/Inquiries concerning this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are due via email to Michelle A. Greene at Michelle.A.Greene@irs.gov and Ramona �Lynne� Hanson at Ramona.L.Hanson@irs.gov by Wednesday December 09, 2020, at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Additional details can be found in attachment 2032H321R00007 Final 12.4.2020. Responses to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation shall be made electronically to Michelle A. Greene at Michelle.A.Greene@irs.gov and Ramona �Lynne� Hanson at Ramona.L.Hanson@irs.gov no later than Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
