- Description
- This is the solicitation for the Environmental Consulting Services (ECS), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This MATOC is for the performance of various ECS across USACE Northwestern Division NWD�s area of responsibility (AOR).� This contract will support environmental consulting services needs for both military and civilian agencies of the Federal Government including environmental needs of the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP) including both Army and Air Force Installation Restoration Program and the Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS); the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) including the Superfund Program; environmental compliance, range work, natural resources management, conservation, and pollution prevention projects under the Department of Defense Environmental Quality Program; Brownfields; Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP); the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program; the Corps of Engineers Civil Works projects;� DoD sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects;� and work for other federal agencies. Performance will include a wide range of environmental consulting services, including but not limited to: Environmental Restoration Support, Environmental Compliance, Environmental Planning, Natural Resource and Wildlife Management, Pollution Prevention, Five- Year Reviews, and Environmental Data Management. The solicitation is for the award of one (1) MATOC with a target of five (5) awardees; however, the Government has the right to select more or less than 5 awardees or none at all. The maximum value for all orders issued against the MATOC is $9.9 million. Orders will be firm fixed price.� The solicitation is set aside for 8(a) eligible contractors using the tradeoff process and source selection procedures described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 15.3. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.beta.sam.gov under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541620 � Environmental Consulting Services. There are no drawings associated with the solicitation. Copies of the solicitation and amendments thereto will be available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY at the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.beta.sam.gov. This notice does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor to pay for any costs incurred as a result in replying to this notice. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
