- Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Title: Forrester Research Inc: 2020 Online Retail Forecast Description: The Office of the Secretary intends to award a sole source contract for the Bureau of Economic Analysis to Forrester Research Inc. 60 Acorn Park Drive Cambridge, MA 02140, to obtain historical data for on-line purchases by U.S. households The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541910- Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling. �It is The Office of the Secretary intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source Firm Fixed Price type contract with a 12-month Base Year. Forrester Research Inc under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Sole Source Justification In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, Forrester Research Inc is the only organization who can provide the services needed. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by The Office of the Secretary, BEA. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Rosalyne Snow, Contract Specialist at rsnow@doc.gov by 12:00 PM EST on, December 18, 2020. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
