AMENDMENT 1 TO MEDICAL GAS REMOVES THE FOLLOWING FROM THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE(RFQ): LUMP SUM PRICE SCHEDULE, REMOVES THE SUBMITTAL OF LICENSES AND INSURANCE. RFQ END DATE WILL BE EXTENDED BY ONE DAY, NEW END DATE SHALL BE 12/18/20 AT 2:00 PM MST. BIDDERS SHALL USE THE AMENDED RFQ. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTE AND BID SHEET This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana intends to award a firm fixed price contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ)-21-004-TRS. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09.
