Description

Iron Mountain Technical questions and answers: What is project 585-16-112 that is to be incorporated into this design? This is a mechanical project which was already designed to add an additional air handler to provide redundancy and additional cooling to our Server Room.  During our scoping meeting, we were given direction to include it into the infrastructure upgrade construction, but our leadership requested that the drawings and specifications be provided only to the highest rated firm. The above referenced drawings and specifications will not be provided during the SF330 and Written Response periods. These will be provided to the highest rated firm only. Does project 585-16-112 have its own budget and if so what is it?  This project was included in the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrade Budget. If we have PPQ s from another submittal can we include them in this submittal or do they have to be sent to you directly? Yes, you can include previously completed PPQ s in the submittal. Under Scope of Work number 7 Independent Life Safety Review it states the A/E will hire a Fire Code Consultant for an independent review.  Do we need to show this consultant on our team now? Yes Under Scope of Work number 8 Environmental Protection it states the A/E shall assist the VA with completion of a NEPA as required by the Iron Mountain VAMC.  Can you share what has been completed to date? This section can be removed because we are not adding square footage or demolishing any buildings.
