Description

This agency proposes to issue a firm fixed price contract for three (3) each of a Computerized Numerically Controlled (CNC) High Speed Blade Tip Grinders, FSC 3415. Request for Quote SPE4A820Q0065 will be Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a sole source item to Reform Grinding Technology (cage code C4533). A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-19-20-1600, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, and installation requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with inspection at Origin and acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be available on or about 05/27/2020 via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dl/a.mil.� Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations.� Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button.� Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF).� To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on a case by case basis if access to DIBBS is not available.
