Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this solicitation. This is a�solicitation for a�SOLE SOURCE requirement for the rental of Hakitec temporary roofing system to Brandsafway Services LLC� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is�532490.�The Small Business Size Standard is�32.5.0 Million�and this solicitation is a�SOLE SOURCE.�Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award a contract with Brandsafway Services LLC on a sole source basis by authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. In accordance with the attached SOW� Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice.
