- Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to provide Multicampus Cabling Services to provide data and voice cabling for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) and its associated Outpatient Clinics and offices. Place of Performance: Orlando VA Medical Center at Lake Nona 13800 Veterans Way Orlando FL, 32827 Lake Baldwin VA Medical Center 5201 Raymond St Orlando FL, 32803 Lakemont Campus 2500 South Lakemont Ave Orlando Fl, 32814 Viera VA Health Care Center Outpatient Clinic 2900 Veteran s Way Viera FL, 32940 Project scope: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the work as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide the necessary services to install, remove, and repair data and voice cabling. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 238210 and the small business size standard of $16,500,000.00 is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Cabling Services. Interested parties shall provide a capability statement of your firm to demonstrate your understanding and ability to perform as a prime contractor for Multicampus Cabling Services. Capability statements shall include the following business information: a. DUNS number, business name, and address. b. Point of Contact (Including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) c. Business size for NAICS: 238210. d. Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8a, HUBZone, WO, Small Business, etc.) Interested parties shall also, provide the following information: Provide a narrative that addresses your firm s ability to provide Multicampus Cabling Services. Provide a résumé demonstrating three-years of Multicampus Cabling Services. Provide the number of times your firm has provided Multicampus Cabling Services within the past 12-months. All information must be received no later than: December 14, 2020, 11:00 am EST.
