- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR A RFI ONLY This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at Fort Dix, NJ is surveying the market for potential contractors capable of providing lodging for the training event for the 56th Military Police Company in Mesa, Arizona. The lodging facility must be within a 5 mile radius of the 56th Military Police Company location of: 7334 E. Ulysses Avenue Mesa, Arizona 85212. The distance will be calculated by using Google Maps. The lodging facility shall support 45 double occupancy rooms for 03 January through 06 January 2021 (3 nights). The service members will be checking in on 03 January and check out by the morning of 06 January. Please see attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for lodging specifications and description.
