Description
Nomenclature: �Reference attached Excel Spreadsheet Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations Unit of Issue: Each����� Delivery Schedule: Reference Solicitation The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC)-Quantity for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSN) referenced below.� The Government is pursuing an Indefinite Delivery Contract, for the duration of a three-year base.� This requirements are for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS).� The solicitation is to obtain the NSNs on the attached Excel Spreadsheet to be procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime). �The Inspection and Acceptance will be stated in the solicitation.� � This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete drawings. Only approved source(s) and approved part numbers are acceptable.� The AMC/AMSC codes are stated in the attached Excel Spreadsheet.� The attached Purchase Item Description for the NSN includes the approved source(s) and part number(s). �The solicitation is issued Unrestrictive under Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. �� The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about December 21, 2020. ��The anticipated closing date of the solicitation is January 21, 2021.� The Estimated Annual Demand Quantities are stated in the attached Excel Spreadsheet. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 �Best Value/Tradeoff Source Selection Process�.�� Evaluation factors will be stated in the solicitation and offers will be evaluated based upon these factors.� The best value to the government will be the basis for award. � Offers must be submitted on a hard copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), scanned, and emailed to the Acquisition Specialist at: Michael.Shirley@DLA.Mil or uploaded through DIBBS. NSN 2520004280974: A flexible connection designed for applications which permits rotary motion to be transmitted between two shafts located at an angle to each other.� The angle between the shafts may be continually varied within certain limits.� The connecting ends must have either a flange, hub, or splined stub shaft. �NSN 2520004514649: An item with a universal joint on one or both ends.� The part is for items with one universal ���joint.� �NSN 3040015892253: An assembly which consist of a shaft, shouldered and components like couplings and flanges. �� � NSN �2520010751508: A spider having four radiating arms, with bearing surface on each are to which the opposite yokes of a� universal joint are connected. �NSN 2520014523227: A flexible connection designed for applications which permits rotary motion to be transmitted between two shafts located at an angle to each other.� The angle between the shafts may be continually varied within certain limits.� The connecting ends must have either a flange, hub, or splined stub shaft.���������
