Description

Description: Contractor shall support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) by conducting onsite Testing Services associated with proctoring the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT5) and facilitating Oral Proficiency Interviews.� Services include Project Management, Test Scheduling, Test Examination/Proctoring, and Facilitation of Oral proficiency Interviews.� No foreign language proficiency is required.� Place of performance is Monterey, CA. Miscellaneous Information:� This action will be solicited utilizing commercial acquisition procedures (FAR Part 12). A PWS with applicable technical exhibits, as well as all terms, conditions, evaluation procedures, and instructions to offerors will be specified in an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be posted on this website (www.fbo.gov) no earlier than fifteen (15) days after the posting of this pre-solicitation synopsis.� All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal to be considered for this requirement. All interested parties must be registered in the System Award Management (www.sam.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (beta.sam.gov) frequently for posting of the solicitation and updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFP and amendments, if any.
