Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MONTANA City: HELENA Delineated Area: City Limits of Helena Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,518 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,148 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured): 12 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 18 Full Term: 17 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term:None Additional Requirements: This advertisement consists of multiple agencies and the total space requirement does not have to be contiguous. Lease awards may be made to multiple buildings. Offered space must have enough contiguous space to satisfy the requirements for one of the four requirements listed below. For example, an expression of interest for the total ABOA listed on the advertisement (14,518-18,148) will be considered. Alternatively, an expression of interest for a single agency (Housing and Urban Development for 1,666-2,075 ABOA) will be considered.� Housing and Urban Development: 1,660-2,075 ABOA Square Feet with 2 Reserved, Structured Parking Spaces. Probation and Pretrial Services: 3,582-4,477 ABOA Square Feet. Social Security Administration: 1,300-2,000 ABOA Square Feet with 6 Reserved Surface Parking Spaces. United States Attorneys: 7,701-9,626 ABOA Square Feet with 10 Reserved, Structured Parking Spaces. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building�owner with their response to the advertisement.
